This 120 sqm bakery is shaped around soft, curved forms and layered materials, creating an atmosphere that is both inviting and refined. Every design decision was made with purpose, to enhance the flow, comfort, and overall sensory experience of the space.

The interiors are defined by textured finishes, muted tones, and striking geometric gestures.

The signature curved service counter anchors the space, guiding circulation while establishing a sculptural focal point. Throughout the bakery, exposed ductwork and black linear lighting add a subtle industrial contrast to the otherwise warm and earthy palette.

A cohesive material palette of soft beige stucco, muted greys, light wood finishes, and blue mosaic Moroccan tiles brings visual depth and identity. These signature blue tiles are featured throughout the space, inset within walls, used behind the coffee counter, and around display niches, adding rhythm and cultural richness to the clean modern base.

Seating zones are carefully divided to accommodate both intimacy and openness, with built-in booths in earthy upholstery tones, wrapped in rounded architectural forms and framed by patterned tile detailing.

Warm lighting is achieved through suspended wooden pendant fixtures, with diffused ambient glow accentuating the textured walls and creating a relaxed, comfortable ambiance.

Greenery is subtly woven into the design, used not as decoration but as a balancing natural element, breaking up the textures and introducing moments of freshness and softness. This contrast plays beautifully against the raw tactile surfaces, emphasizing the idea of modern simplicity with cultural depth.
