A minimalist approach informs the overall design, where simplicity transforms into architectural expression, as seen in the clean partition designs, straight lines, and warm-toned color palette, all creating an atmosphere that is both welcoming and highly functional.

The material selection enhances both durability and cost-effectiveness. MDF wood partitions define the workspace while maintaining affordability and resilience, and gypsum partitions add structure while ensuring flexibility.

Tempered clear glass enhances openness and transparency, making the space feel larger and more connected. The dry pantry counter features a porcelain top, offering a sleek and durable surface for everyday use.

A carefully chosen color scheme reinforces the clean, modern aesthetic.

The walls are painted in Signal White (RAL 9003) for a crisp, professional look, while the ceiling in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) adds depth and contrast. The flooring combines SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) flooring, which offers the beauty of wooden floors with a more cost-effective and easy-to-install solution, and LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) and carpet tiles in the meeting rooms to provide both style and comfort.
